Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at this very special event. Your products or services will be shared with a specific audience of women seeking to enhance their lives. Below are the details of your vendor agreement. Please review and submit with your vendor fee.

VENDOR AGREEMENT

  • The vendor fee is $30 and includes up to 50 of your items placed in swag bags.
  • The items to be included can be - promotional material - postcards, bookmarks, pens or product samples.
  • Your Vendor fee also includes showcasing a 2-3 minute youtube video of your business (optional).
  • Vendor fee also includes admission to the event (bonus).
  • For additional exposure vendors are also welcome to submit an item for giveaway. Submitting a giveaway item is not required, but recommended for those vendors who are not able to supply samples or promotional items and would prefer to include a business card, postcard or flyer.
  • If you are submitting a giveaway item (ex. a $25 gift certificate) the $30 vendor fee still applies.
  • There are 5 vendor spots available. You can sign up on the website below and select the "Swag Bag Vendor Fee" option from the registration paypal drop down menu.

VERY IMPORTANT

  • Vendor registrations are due by October 27th and swag bag items are due by November 10th via mail (address supplied once registered) or you can direct give your items to one of our 5 co-hosts - LaShanda Henry, Anissa Barbee, Rhonda Nails, Katrina Harrell or Larie Write.

By clicking submit and submitting your vendor fee you acknowledge that the material or products provided are of best quality and representation of your company and of best interest to the consumer. There is no refund of your vendor fee only if the event is canceled. While SistaSense and the event partners are offering you this opportunity to showcase your business within our circle, we do not guarantee that your business will receive any new or additional business from inclusion in this event.
